Deliveries & Returns
We offer complimentary delivery on all orders of MAJO Candles to mainland UK addresses. Standard delivery will be made within 7 working days. Please do contact us before placing your order if you require next day delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you. Once we receive your order, we will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery time. As well as delivery, the purchase price of your candle includes installation and the removal of all packaging.
For non-mainland UK addresses, a standard delivery charge of £35 will apply. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
For international orders outside the EU, any customs or import fees incurred will be charged to the customer. If you're not sure, it's worth checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Once your MAJO Candle has come to the end of its life, we offer a free collection service. Just contact us and we will come and collect your old candle, melt it down and recycle it to make new candles. We like to think of it as a circle of life for candles.
We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your MAJO Candle, but if you do change your mind we have a very simple returns process. Just contact us within 14 days of your purchase via email@example.com and we will arrange collection of your candle for free if you're a UK mainland customer. See below for non-UK mainland and non-UK customers. As long as the candle is unused and undamaged we will provide a full refund within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund sale items.
We only replace candles in the rare circumstances that they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange collection and delivery for you within 14 days of you notifying us.
Returns for non-mainland UK customers
We charge a fee of £35 for non-mainland UK returns. All other returns and refund terms are consistent with UK mainland customers.
Returns for customers outside the UK
If you wish to return an item from outside of the UK, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide a quote for the collection of your items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For international orders outside the EU, any customs or import charges incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer. If unsure please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
